The isetta, an Italian-made micro-car sold in many European countries that is best known as Steve Urkel’s comically absurd car. 

I always thought of it at Cousin It’s car.

Cousin It’s micro-car is a three wheeled, bubble top Messerschmitt KR200.

“Famous throughout the world for its’ unusual and appealing design” is being a tad generous in my opinion, but while it’s not for me, micro-cars of this kind have their enthusiasts, especially in Europe.
